Sampling Procedure	Two waves of data collection were conducted: Wave 1: October 4th - 31st, 2016: Community-based pharmacists were invited to participate through e-mail and online promotional /communication strategies led by CPhA, provincial pharmacy associations, and Infoway. An incentive draw was offered to Wave 1 participants who completed the survey. Nielson engaged a third party to manage the draw. Wave 2: December 2nd – 31st, 2016: Sample sourced and managed by Nielson. The second wave of data collection was conducted to increase robustness of the overall sample. To avoid duplication, the survey invitation instructed those who had already completed the survey to not do so again. All respondents included in the report are pharmacists currently in practice.

Weighting	The final data was weighted by Nielsen to reflect the universe of community-based pharmacists practicing in Canada. Source document: National Association of Pharmacy Regulatory Authorities (NAPRA) - National Statistics on Pharmacists (as of January 1, 2016).
Response Rate	A total of 535 community-based pharmacists currently in practice completed the survey (wave 1: 294, Wave 2: 241)

User agrees to fully indemnify and hold harmless Infoway, its licensees, successors and assigns, and its and their officers, shareholders, directors, parents, employees, agents and representatives (the “Indemnified Parties”), from and against any and all actions, claims, losses, damages (whether direct, indirect or otherwise), judgments, reasonable legal fees (including outside attorneys’ fees) and disbursements and any other liabilities and expenses that they may incur in consequence of a breach by User of its obligations under the License Agreement.
