A spreadsheet guide to the main categories/subjects covered in Cycles 3, 8, 13, 18, 23, and 28 of the General Social Survey. The categories included relate to all types of crime (by known and unknown persons to victim, by status and age group - i.e. spouse/partner/ex-spouse/ex-partner, children, and seniors, by type of violence - physical, sexual, emotional, financial), victimization and victim services, involvement or not of police services, alcohol and drug use, accidents, stalking, Internet use, and cyber bullying. There is also a spreadsheet guide to the main categories/subjects covered in the Incident files of Cycles 13, 18, 23, and 28. The categories included relate to where/when incident happened, how the location accessed, how the respondent was threatened, who was present during the incident, number of victims, stolen property recovered, attempted theft, obtaining compensation, reporting incidents, and emotional impact of incidents.
