This dataverse contains datasets connected to the GEORIA project, an interactive mapping website created in 2003 ( website). The data was intended to foster research on historical conditions of health and the environment in Canada. GEORIA was funded by a grant from the Canadian Foundation for Innovation (CFI) for the project Georeferenced Databases for Assessing the Historical Conditions of Health and the Environment, as well as both university partners: the University of Toronto and Université Laval. Only UofT datasets are housed here.
