BioMass Canada Project 6 is a component of the BioMass Canada (BMC) Agri-Science Cluster (see: https://biomass.biofuelnet.ca/). The goals of BMC Project 6 is to: determine the yield potential of four purpose-grown biomass crops on marginal agricultural lands in Nova Scotia; identify locally-sourced biological inputs to enhance the growth of these crops; demonstrate the suitability of these crops in different agricultural areas; and create models to predict the yield of these crops under NS growing conditions. Datasets within the BMC Project 6 Dataverse are based upon research sites locations (7 locations across Nova Scotia) and the years of data collection (2019-2023)
