This Dataverse includes the supplemental materials for the manuscript entitled "LUMPED SPRING MODEL PARAMETERS OF RC FRAME ELEMENTS FOR SEISMIC PERFORMANCE ASSESSMENT" to be submitted to the Journal of Earthquake Engineering and Structural Dynamics. The lumped spring model is based on the modified Ibarra-Medina-Krawinkler (M-IMK) model to capture the nonlinear hysteretic behaviour of reinforced concrete frame elements. Examples of the calibrated lumped spring models for 383 tested RC rectangular columns are given in this Dataverse. The results of the lumped spring models whose parameters are determined using the regression equations proposed in the manuscript are also provided and compared against the experimental results.
